Admissions Process Overview
We are so excited you are interested in St. Charles Borromeo School! Below are the steps in the admissions process.
- Inquire Online: Let us know you're interested, what grades your children are in, and why you desire a Catholic education for your children.
- Tour the school: Come see the school, meet some of the staff, and let us answer all your questions.
- Apply online: New students are able to apply in early February, after current school families have a period of time to renew enrollment for the following year. The application is entirely online through FACTS student information system.
- Enroll: Once you have been accepted you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to complete enrollment in FACTS.

Admissions Policy
The principal, with proper consultation with the pastor, will admit students to the school according to the norms set by the Archdiocesan Board of Education as follows:
Families applying to St. Charles Borromeo School must be registered in the parish or in their home parish and must demonstrate to the Administration (pastor/principal) a desire for the special kind of school where Catholic teaching and moral formation are an integral part of the school philosophy and environment. This includes:
- Participation in the spiritual and community life of the parish, including regular mass attendance at your home parish and volunteering
- Continuous support of the concepts upheld in the Parent Witness Statement.
- Agreement and willingness to follow the policies and procedures of St. Charles Borromeo School and the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
- Willingness to provide ongoing financial support to the Parish and school.
- Willingness to cooperate with the teachers and administration in their child's psychological, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, and academic development.
Priority
- Active registered parishioner families of St. Charles Borromeo Parish and St. Peter’s Parish with children already attending St. Charles Borromeo School
- Registered parishioners of St. Charles Borromeo Parish and St. Peter’s Parish
St. Peter’s students who attend (as St. Charles Borromeo School is subsidized by St. Peter’s parish) - Non-parishioner Catholic families registered in another parish (Non-Parishioner Catholics are subject to a non-parishioner fee of $500 per child)
- Non-Catholic families* who desire a Catholic education for their children
(Non-Catholic students are subject to a non-parishioner fee of $500 per child)
*Parents must agree to their children’s religious education and participation in religious activities of the school
